Big celebration of Ben Webster's 100 years anniversary in 2009
The Ben Webster Foundation celebrated Ben Webster's 100 years birthday in 2009.
On March 28 a birthday concert in Copenhagen Jazzhouse was arranged with Klüvers Big Band and a special line-up of Ben Webster Prize Winners.
On July 3’rd during The Copenhagen Jazz Festival 2009 Ben was celebrated again by The Ernie Wilkins Almost Bigband with Special guest Stéphane Belmondo on trompet at a completely sold out Jazzhouse.
